About the Club
The Darwin Sailing Club was established in 1963 with a vision "to promote and encourage the building, sailing and racing of all types of sailing craft in Darwin and surrounding waters." The has a very active racing programme involving multi-hulls, over 30 footers and under 30 footers. The club is also currently negotiating with the government of Indonesia to get approval to commence a replacement race for the Darwin to Ambon International.
